STUDIO CANCELLATION & SCHEDULING POLICY

Pilates for Fitness operates by appointment only, and each session is reserved specifically for you. To protect the schedule, respect all clients’ time, and maintain the quality of instruction, the following cancellation policies apply to all appointments.

Cancellation Window

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are considered late cancellations.

Late cancellations are charged in full.

No‑Shows

If you miss your appointment without notice, the session is considered a no‑show and is charged in full.

Semi‑Private Session Cancellations

Semi‑private sessions are booked for two clients training together. If one client cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session may still proceed with the remaining client. In this case, the canceling client is charged in full, and the attending client has the option to:


  • continue with a 55‑minute private session at no additional cost, or
  • cancel the session entirely, following the standard 24‑hour cancellation policy.


If both clients cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session is charged in full for both clients.

Late Arrivals

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will continue for the remainder of the reserved time and cannot be extended. In rare cases where no client is scheduled immediately after, additional time may be offered at the sole discretion of the studio. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and the session may be considered a late cancellation at the discretion of the teacher.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Cancellations must be made through the studio’s scheduling app (Fresha) or by contacting the studio directly. Text messages are accepted. DMs or messages sent through social media platforms are not considered official cancellations

Exceptions

Exceptions may be made in cases of illness, emergency, or circumstances genuinely beyond the client’s control (for example, being stuck on the freeway due to an accident). These exceptions are granted at the sole discretion of the studio. Repeated late cancellations, regardless of reason, may result in limited booking availability.

Respect for Time

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Clear communication and timely cancellations allow the studio to operate smoothly and ensure availability for all clients.
